When you send an enquiry, the form may collect your name, phone number, email address, company, selected product, quantity and the technical or commercial information you include in your message.

BMT Electrical Udyog uses enquiry information to understand your request, respond through the contact details you provide, and maintain necessary business correspondence. The website does not use enquiry data to create public profiles or display submissions.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes security verification through Turnstile. The configured transactional email provider processes form content so it can be delivered to BMT’s approved business mailbox. These providers receive only the information needed to operate those services.

The form is submitted over HTTPS and protected by server-side validation and bot controls. Access credentials remain in encrypted server-side configuration. BMT should retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for customer communication, quotations, legal obligations and business records.

You may contact BMT to ask about information submitted through the website or request correction or deletion where applicable. Avoid including passwords, financial account details or unrelated sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
